Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will provide remote support for the New York State of Health (NYSOH) team by answering inquiries related to health insurance programs and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions. Key responsibilities Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone, web chat, and other approved channels while adhering to performance standards and privacy requirements Provide accurate information regarding health insurance programs and services to consumers and stakeholders Document all customer interactions and track inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in applicable systems Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, and translate both languages Residency within 100 miles of New York, NY Strong data entry and telephone skills Previous experience in customer service preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
