Behavior Therapist - School Setting (ABA Required)
Part-Time - Per Diem - Full-Time $24+ per hour (DOE)
Join our school-based team as a Behavior Therapist , supporting students with special needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Help students stay engaged, build skills, and reach their goals in a structured, supportive school environment.
Responsibilities
Provide ABA support in classrooms
Follow behavior intervention plans
Collect daily behavior data
Support communication, social skills, and emotional regulation
Collaborate with teachers and behavior teams
Requirements
ABA experience required (6+ months)
RBT certification a huge plus
High School diploma or equivalent
Pediatric or school experience preferred
CPR and TB clearance if applicable
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be 18 Schedule Options
Part-time
