Workplace Type : Hybrid Employment Type : Full-time About the Opportunity A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Group in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a collaborative and nationally recognized practice. The role offers exposure to acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, real estate development, land use and zoning, and real estate finance matters. Associates will work closely with experienced attorneys and sophisticated clients while taking on meaningful responsibility in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related transaction documents Advise clients on real estate development, land use, and zoning matters Assist with commercial leasing and real estate finance transactions Conduct due diligence and manage transactional workflows Manage small-to-mid-sized matters and support larger transactions Collaborate with clients, partners, opposing counsel, and third parties to achieve successful outcomes Qualifications At least 2 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Large law firm experience preferred (boutique real estate experience also considered) Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and development matters Familiarity with real estate finance is a plus Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative team environment J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission) Why Join the Firm Join a nationally recognized Real Estate practice Work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions Significant client interaction and hands-on responsibility Collaborative culture with strong mentorship and career development Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition assistance, and more Compensation $235,000–$390,000 annually (based on experience, location, and market factors), along with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr Gamoran Legal Consulting
