Location: Dallas, TX The Dallas office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Associate with 6+ years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group. Job Requirements Commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on acquisition, disposition, or financing of commercial properties. Experience in the development of unimproved real estate for commercial purposes. Experience with renewable energy, leasing, development, and/or joint-venture transactions is strongly encouraged. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Strong experience reviewing title, survey, and other customary due diligence matters. Energy, drive, and desire to work in a dynamic, team-based, and high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and motivation to learn. Admission to the TX State Bar or the ability to waive into the TX State Bar is required.
