We welcome talented, passionate, and highly motivated individuals to join our team.Job DescriptionSummaryTechnical phone support and warranty processesEssential FunctionsTechnical phone support/interaction with customers and service technicians resolving issues/repairs as being reportedAssisting customer, sales and technicians with various of question on parts/equipmentProcessing warranty claims and warranty orders/working with planers and logisticResearching part numbers, drawings, BOM ETC within the systemReporting quality or production issues.Testing or inspection of parts/equipment.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh mechanical and technical abilityKnowledge and understanding of beverage systems and equipment and concepts to troubleshooting equipmentKnowledge of electrical and refrigeration operationExcellent communication/phone skillsAbility to work under pressure and dealing with irate customers/agentsAbility to work with minimal supervision and self-starterGeneral knowledge of computers, excel, word, access ETC..Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma required / technical school / collage helpful3 plus years of field technical experience/working within the beverage industry preferredGeneral Computer knowledgeLancer Worldwide is unable to sponsor applicants for employment-based visas for this position.
