Pro-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator who will play a critical role supporting our technicians and delivering exceptional service to our customers every day. What You'll Earn

• Up to $26.00 per hour , depending on your experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required during peak seasons)

What You'll Do

• Manage daily technician schedules and dispatch them efficiently as service calls are completed
• Set appointments, schedule return visits, and coordinate with customers
• Provide excellent front-line support - answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring every customer feels taken care of
• Maintain accurate customer records and data in our system
• Work closely with technicians and managers to keep operations running smoothly
• Use your problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• 3+ years of dispatching or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized while working independently
• Geographical knowledge of the Santa Fe service area or strong map-reading skills
• Professional phone presence and ability to operate a multi-line system
• Mechanical aptitude or HVAC industry knowledge (preferred)
• Experience with dispatch software (FieldEdge is a big plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
