Kelly is hiring for a Warehouse Operator II for a 27-month contract role at Wilmington IL 60481 with our prestigious client. Job Title: Warehouse Operator II Primary Location: Wilmington IL 60481 27-month contract - Onsite role 2nd Shift (12pm - 8pm) Mon - Fri Pay rate: $22.20/hr. Responsibilities: Sit down forklift operation is a requirement. Prepare orders by picking material/quantity using manual pick ticket ensuring order accuracy placing material onto pallets following established procedures. Assist with loading, unloading, consolidating, cycle counting, and other duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with coworkers and management team to meet productivity targets and scheduled workload demands. Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe and efficient operations ensuring housekeeping standards are met. Support continuous improvement efforts within all warehouse areas. Follow site safety policies and PPE requirements at all times. Qualifications: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Must have a strong attention to detail. Ability to read English and perform basic math functions. Meet all requirements of the pre-employment "Fitness for Duty" assessment.
