Project Manager Industrial

We are seeking a Project Manager – Industrial Insulation experience to oversee insulation projects from kickoff through completion. This role will manage project execution, budgets, schedules, crews, customers, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Target Range: $70K-$130K Base+ (depending on experience). Potential travel incentives/per diem available mid-west projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing industrial insulation projects, including piping, equipment, tanks, vessels, boilers, process systems, and mechanical insulation applications. This person will be a strong leader who understands field operations and can bridge communication between customers, field teams, and leadership.
