Step Into a Day on Our Floor
At Elective Staffing, we’re placing seasoned operators in a bustling distribution center in Byhalia, MS. Imagine starting your shift by performing a quick inspection on your Double-Deep Reach Truck, rolling into the high-bay aisles to retrieve product from double-deep locations, and then pivoting to a Dock Stocker for trailer work. Throughout the day, you’ll navigate inventory moves with precision, keep WMS transactions clean via RF scanner, and finish with a tidy, organized work area.
What You’ll Do- Operate Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider confidently and safely.
- Pick, put away, replenish, and relocate inventory across the warehouse.
- Pull product from double-deep rack positions with accuracy and care.
- Load and unload trailers while maintaining inventory integrity.
- Execute RF/WMS transactions to document every move.
- Complete daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all site safety practices and productivity standards.
- Keep your zone neat, clean, and audit-ready.
- Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.
- At least 2 years of recent hands-on time with: Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
- Background in warehouse or distribution environments.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners; WMS familiarity is a plus.
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
- Dependable attendance and reliability.
- Lift and handle 50–75 lbs. as part of daily work.
- Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Byhalia, MS facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
