You’ll be: Planning, coordinating, and hosting career talks, both in-house and with external partners such as employment centers and vocational institutions Supporting HR Advisors in talent acquisition for stores and business units, organizing job fairs, and participating in interviews as needed Collaborating with hiring managers to assess and monitor hiring needs, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies Coordinating recruitment advertising and employer promotion across various platforms to attract qualified candidates Designing and executing employer branding strategies for long-term recruitment success Engaging in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, referencing, offers, onboarding, and new hire orientation Responding courteously and promptly to job inquiries from multiple channels Collecting and maintaining recruitment documentation and records Contributing to talent acquisition and HR-related projects as assigned This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Are bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese OR bilingual in English/Spanish Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR generalist roles (retail or grocery environment experience preferred) Possess hands‑on experience with social media recruitment, digital advertising, and multi-platform employer promotion Have strong knowledge of U.S. federal and California employment laws (wage & hour, anti-discrimination, equal employment opportunity); additional jurisdictional knowledge is a plus Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, active listening, and patience with candidates and stakeholders Are familiar with U.S. work authorization processes (employment eligibility, visa sponsorship) Are proactive, highly organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Enjoy working in a team-oriented setting with individuals from diverse backgrounds at all organizational levels Are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
