Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid New Hampshire SLP license is required
• School-based experience is preferred for understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and team collaboration
• Comfortable working with diverse age groups, developing rapport with students from elementary through high school
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and data collection skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy for students with diverse communication needs
• Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to implement IEP goals and coordinate services
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and families, offering strategies for generalization of skills in the classroom environment
• Attend relevant meetings, providing insights and advocating for students’ communication needs
