Responsibilities Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, residents, and families to ensure optimal outcomes. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings. Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress. Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or geriatric settings is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
