Machine Attendant

Adecco Staffing is working with a leading advanced manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to hire Machine Attendants. These positions play a critical role in producing highly specialized products using advanced automated equipment. Candidates will work in a clean room, climate-controlled manufacturing environment and be responsible for monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. Position Machine Attendant Shift Options / Pay 2nd Shift – Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM – Pay: $24.00 per hour Weekend 2nd Shift – Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM weekdays, 12:30 PM - 12:30 AM weekends – Pay: $25.00 per hour 3rd Shift – Monday - Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM – Pay: $25.00 per hour Weekend 3rd Shift – Two weekday shifts plus Saturday & Sunday, 12:30 AM - 7:30 AM weekdays, 12:30 AM - 12:30 PM weekends – Pay: $26.00 per hour Job Duties Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment in a clean room environment Load materials and components into production equipment Perform visual inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Record production data and complete manufacturing documentation accurately Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues before they impact production Troubleshoot minor equipment concerns and elevate issues when necessary Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures Maintain production efficiency while ensuring product quality standards are met Support continuous improvement initiatives and workplace organization standards Adhere to all clean room, safety, and quality requirements Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience preferred Experience working in a clean room or quality-driven environment is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work with computers and production tracking systems Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment Clean room manufacturing environment Climate-controlled facility Protective gowning, hair nets, gloves, and other clean room attire required Highly automated manufacturing equipment Quality-focused production environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks and fine-detail work Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Pay Details $22.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit Offerings Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short-term disability Additional voluntary benefits EAP program Commuter benefits 401K plan Paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
