Embroidery Machine Operator

We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join a growing production team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining multi-head industrial embroidery machines while ensuring high-quality production standards and timely completion of work orders. The ideal candidate will have embroidery experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders and production specifications.
• Set up and operate multiple 6-head industrial embroidery machines.
• Monitor embroidery runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve production challenges.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production deadlines.
• Utilize the proper stabilizers and embroidery techniques for different fabric types.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with the Department Supervisor while also being able to work independently when needed.
• Assist in other production departments as necessary.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Some previous experience operating multi-head industrial embroidery machines required.
• Experience setting up and running embroidery production jobs.
• Understanding of embroidery techniques, stabilizers, and different fabric applications.
• Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production runs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Information:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move production materials as needed.
• Location: Newfields, NH
• Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
