The Quality & Safety Manager will lead all quality assurance and safety initiatives across the organization's two southern Wisconsin facilities. Reporting directly to this role are two team members, and the position offers the opportunity to participate in strategic leadership discussions, helping shape key business decisions and organizational direction.

Description

• Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably).
• Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams.
• Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures.
• Customer-focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Leader and mentor who develops accountability, ownership, and engagement throughout the organization.
• Drives a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and operational performance.
• Results-oriented leader who uses data and metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and achieve measurable improvements.

Profile

• Experienced people manager
• Background in manufacturing
• Experience managing safety initiatives
• Experience with packaging and/or corrugated environments is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with ISO 9001 is preferred

• $90k-$120k base salary depending on experience
