We’re looking for a driven individual to join Dr. Mac’s Medical Pain Management and Wellness Center as an Office Management Trainee. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required — attitude and coachability matter most. If you prove yourself, we will consider you for a full-time position as your skills develop.

This is a one-year paid internship and training program that requires 20 hours per week in office work. The program is structured as follows:

•      First 4 months: $300 per week

•      Upon successful completion of the initial 4-month probation period, you will qualify for a raise based on performance up to $400 per week, for the remainder of the one-year internship.

Over the course of the program, you’ll rotate through all aspects of a thriving integrated medical practice:

Clinical Operations

•      Rehabilitation technician duties

•      Patient care coordination

•      Case management fundamentals

Business & Growth

•      Sales and business development within a healthcare setting

•      Building client relationships

•      Supporting practice expansion and marketing efforts

Office Management

•      Office administration and systems

•      Team support and people management

•      Computer proficiency and technology tools

•      Time management and organizational skills

•      Genuine, authentic, enthusiasm and a positive, high-energy attitude

•      Willingness to learn and be coached

•      Strong work ethic and reliability

•      Comfort with computers and technology

•      Dependable transportation — must be able to commute reliably to Woodbridge, VA

•      Ideally located in or near the Woodbridge area
