Sales Executive - Data Centers

Looking to speak with an established, commercially driven sales professional with an existing network in the data center sector, capable of opening doors with owners, operators, developers or relevant contractors and converting those relationships into substantial infrastructure and energy-related projects. The client I am representing is expanding their presence in the data center market. The individual will identify, develop and close new opportunities for energy efficiency, infrastructure upgrades, building systems and other turnkey energy solutions, while managing client relationships throughout the sales process. This is a senior individual contributor role based out of Dallas, Texas. The focus of this role is: New business development: Build and execute a sales strategy to win new data center projects and expand market share. Revenue generation: Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve annual sales targets. Client relationship management: Own client relationships from initial engagement through proposal, contract, project handover and ongoing account development. Solution selling: Work with technical, engineering and marketing teams to develop proposals, estimates, presentations and tailored solutions. Commercial support: Help clients navigate project financing, contracting and delivery considerations. Market presence: Attend industry conferences, networking events and client meetings to generate opportunities and build brand awareness. Sales management: Track opportunities, pipeline activity and forecasts using Salesforce CRM. The successful candidate will come with: 5+ years' sales experience in energy performance contracting, commissioning or construction. Proven track record of generating at least $10 million in annual sales. Knowledge of facility systems, large-scale construction projects, technical solutions and alternative project funding. Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills. A degree in business, engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
