ryThe End User Computing (EUC) Level 1 technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. The role includes troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity issues while ensuring smooth IT operations for user

s.Key Responsibiliti

• esProvide Level 1 technical support for end users via phone, email, or ticketing system
• s.Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issue
• s.Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and basic application
• s.Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access issue
• s.Support Microsoft Office / O365 applications and email troubleshootin
• g.Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi
• ).Install and configure software applications and security update
• s.Maintain and update IT asset inventor
• y.Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 or specialized IT team
