- Competitive pay: $30+/hour based on experience

- Performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and diagnose problems
- Performing electrical repairs and maintenance
- Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Performing HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Performing carpentry work on buildings and equipment as required
- Performing handyman services
- Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standards
- 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to use various tools and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Drive Company truck to various job sites
- Parking spot for a commercial vehicle (not on the street)
