This role is Lead Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, based in Medina, OH. Job Profile The Lead Teller work is performed in an in‑office environment. This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT. Job Description Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well‑being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on available alternatives. Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate. Makes appropriate referrals to branch staff during meaningful conversations. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions with technology, tools, and resources. Communicates clearly, handles transactions efficiently, and resolves issues. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new‑hire selection. Adheres to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within set limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Managing risk – assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to adhere to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Work experience: 1+ years of related experience or product knowledge. A university/college degree is not required, but related experience, product knowledge, or an equivalent combination of education and certifications may be considered. Education: No Degree required. Certifications: None required. Licenses: None required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,500.00 – $62,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
