Join us in making a difference. Job Description Pay Range: $87,440 – $93,900 per year The Assistant District Manager (ADM) supports the district by mentoring, coaching, and training managers. Working in tandem with the District Manager (DM), the ADM leads the district to operational excellence in cleanliness, customer service, and culture through strong communication and building sustainable professional relationships. This position involves handling administrative duties and ensuring smooth communication across all departments within the district. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and lead the team are essential for success in this role and for providing a superior experience to Chuze members. Responsibilities Maintain knowledge found in Chuze training, identify training needs, and ensure the district is compliant with current policies Foster a culture of continuous growth by conducting on‑the‑spot feedback, drafting and delivering coaching documents, and performance reviews Assist in assembling discussion points and activities for district, region, and company‑wide meetings and outings Ensure each club meets all operation KPIs and standards in customer service, culture, and cleanliness through monthly evaluations and consistent, open communication Recruit, onboard, and train new managers and proactively elevate recruiting efforts, maintaining oversight of staff levels, hiring needs, and turnover Act as a bridge between club management and Home Office by partnering with GMs to address escalated personnel concerns, proactively providing solutions, and partnering with the RDO and HR for guidance in any actions taken as needed Effectively determine the proper course of action for member concerns escalated from clubs Conduct regular club visits to establish strong working relationships with teams, evaluate the club experience, and identify barriers to operational excellence Manage inventory processes by overseeing timely completion and proactively mitigating shrinkage Establish productive cross‑functional collaboration and facilitate consistent communication between club management and Home Office departments Approve schedules for the district and train club leadership to adhere to labor budgets and expectations, assisting GMs in securing balanced schedules Proactively lead clubs in the absence of the GM, completing all GM duties and responsibilities Maintain knowledge and understanding of processes and protocols for handling safety emergencies or incidents within the district Benefits Free Chuze Fitness membership + 1 free membership for a family member or friend 401(k) Medical, dental, vision, and other supplemental insurances (with large employer contribution) Flex PTO Professional training and growth opportunities Discount on all retail purchases, vendor products, and smoothies (at applicable clubs) Team building events and annual parties Physical Requirements Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English Walk and climb stairs when touring the club Perform bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement Stand for long periods Conduct repetitive phone work Type and engage in computer operations Lift at least 50 lbs Qualifications Required Capacity to multi‑task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure Team‑based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback Effective problem‑solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Organized, accountable, and able to set, prioritize, and reach goals in a fast‑paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with others Reliable transportation with the ability to regularly travel between clubs within the market Budget management, strategic planning, and crisis management experience High school graduate or equivalent education Preferred Sports or fitness background Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in continuing education Minimum 3 years of customer service experience 1–3 years of experience managing a large or multi‑unit team, including recruiting, leading, and motivating staff Equal Opportunity Employer Chuze Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
