Our respite care agency is urgently seeking compassionate respite caregivers to support individuals with disabilities, children, and elderly adults throughout the Inland Empire, including Corona, Hemet, and Victorville, California. This non-medical caregiver role offers flexible shifts with occasional local travel to provide essential relief to families and primary caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and supportive non-medical care to clients
- Assist individuals with daily living activities to ensure their comfort and safety
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Communicate effectively with families and agency staff regarding client needs
- Maintain a reliable attendance with flexible scheduling and on-call availability
- Travel locally as needed to various client locations throughout the Inland Empire
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in caregiving roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
