• Salary: $120,000yr to $200,000yr + Quarterly Bonus

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

The Director of Field Operations is responsible for leading all field operations to ensure operational excellence and a world-class homeowner experience. This role oversees field operational leaders and drives performance across culture, revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and coach field operations leaders and their teams to strengthen culture, improve efficiency, and deliver top-tier customer experience while meeting profitability goals.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve lean operational processes, ensuring consistent back-of-house best practices across established and emerging markets.

• Oversee installation and service operations, ensuring adherence to installation standards, high levels of HOS performance, and consistency across all teams.

• Optimize installation process management, focusing on efficiency, reducing remakes, increasing first-time-through success, and improving overall productivity.

• Manage logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and purchasing for both Renewal by Andersen products and locally sourced materials.

• Serve as a key member of the company’s leadership team, contributing to annual operating plans, strategic initiatives, and overall organizational leadership.

• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of payments, subcontractor compensation, job close-outs, and manual check requests.

• Lead compliance and safety initiatives, including permitting, environmental reporting, and the company’s safety program.

• Collaborate closely with internal operations, corporate partners, and the broader Renewal by Andersen network to deliver a world-class experience for both customers and employees.

• Provide leadership support across additional markets when needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the broader success of the business.

• Ensure installation managers and their teams meet performance expectations, including capacity planning, operational execution, and profitability targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related Field

• At least 5yrs of Senior Leadership Experience in Operational/Field Management

• Prior Experience within the Construction, Home Improvement, or Installation Industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Teams, & Word

• Strong understanding of installation processes, job sequencing, and field logistics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
