Pay rate: $18.00- 20.00/hr
Hours: Standard hours are 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, but flexibility is required as operations run from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM

Summary:

• The hiring manager is looking for an employee with strong expertise in Microsoft applications, file formatting, graphic design, and document production. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), have experience working with various file formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.), and possess the ability to create, edit, and prepare high-quality graphics, images, and print-ready files.
• with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and large-format printing or high production environments is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Skills/ Experience:

• The role is dedicated to managing a high-volume retail print center while supporting the Senior Site Manager in leading a team of four additional FTEs.
• Candidates must have hands-on print production experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both operational and leadership responsibilities.
• Office experience is required.
• The candidate Able to lift 50 pound boxes, able to stand for long periods of time.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Recruiting Focus: Target candidates from FedEx Office, UPS Store print centers, AlphaGraphics, Minuteman Press, Staples Print & Marketing, or similar print production environments.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field. Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.
• Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.
• Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives. Good organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively set goals, lead and train employees.
• Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery.
• Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.
