Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator

Our client is looking for a dependable and organized bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office and operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with multiple departments, and balancing front desk responsibilities with administrative and purchasing support Shift is from 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday paying $19/hr! Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees as needed
• Enter, update, and manage work orders accurately
• Create and enter purchase orders into the company system
• Assist with vendor communication and coordination
• Print, organize, and distribute labels needed for production
• Work closely with the primary receptionist to ensure consistent front desk coverage
• Communicate and collaborate with production and other internal departments
• Maintain organized records, paperwork, and administrative documentation
• Provide general administrative support to help keep daily office operations running smoothly

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, office support, or customer service experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment
• strong computer and data entry skill

**Must be bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish**
