Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather thorough information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, facilitate group therapy, and conduct family therapy based on recognized evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address clients' needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including clear goals and relevant interventions, to guide clients on their path to recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure that all aspects of client care are coordinated.

• Provide crisis intervention services and carry out risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to ensure client well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to foster community engagement and provide clients with coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
