Business Analyst 4

Senior LIMS Business Analyst Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions. Support STARLIMS LPH implementation activities and application discovery. Assist with configuration validation, testing, and quality assurance efforts. Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Create and execute test plans and test cases. Analyze laboratory workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Provide stakeholder updates and manage expectations throughout the project. Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a laboratory environment (clinical or environmental) or supporting laboratory systems. 5+ years of experience with LIMS implementation projects. 10+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong experience in requirements gathering, use case development, and testing. Experience creating business and functional documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with QA testing, test plans, and test case execution. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Azure DevOps. Preferred Qualifications Experience with STARLIMS LPH . Experience with STARLIMS configuration and validation. Public Health, Environmental Testing, or Clinical Laboratory experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
