Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Leader Welcome to Einstein Bros. Bagels! We’ve been baking fresh bagels daily since 1995 and pride ourselves on a welcoming, balanced workplace. Our stores close at 2pm, so you never miss an evening dance recital or concert. We’re looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to help lead our team and create a great guest experience. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver outstanding service. Set the morale and tone of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Support team members and help them grow their careers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours and days, including early openings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe certification before completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license is preferred and required at specific locations. Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations.
