Essential Duties and Responsibilities People Management Trains and develops team members by following Mooyah training guidelines Educates, monitors, communicates, and reinforces all standards to team members Operations Management Ensures restaurant is operating at the highest standards and is compliant with all federal and state regulations Demonstrates ability to execute every station according to Mooyah standards and procedures Is responsible for execution of all store systems Ensures restaurant is successfully executing all quality control programs Financial Management Supports management in all areas that impact profitability, including labor costs, waste management, costs of goods, and sales Education and Work Experience Requirements Documented skills in managing a food service establishment for a minimum of 1 year Current food safety management certificate Ability to motivate team members Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Job Requirements High School degree or equivalent required Minimum 1 year working in a restaurant environment, showing career progression and verifiable results Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting; bilingual preferred Capable of solving problems quickly and efficiently Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment Ability to understand cost controls and restaurant operations Focuses on guests experiences Demonstrates highly motivated, energetic, and engaging characteristics #J-18808-Ljbffr
