EDI Onboarding Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Brookfield, WI is seeking EDI Onboarding Analyst who will be responsible for onboarding new distributors and suppliers to company's EDI platform while expanding EDI capabilities with existing trading partners. This role coordinates onboarding activities across Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and external trading partners to ensure successful implementation of EDI transactions and seamless customer experience. The EDI Onboarding Analyst serves as a key point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle, from intake and discovery through testing, go-live, and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities:
Trading Partner Onboarding:
* Manage onboarding of new distributor trading partners and coordinate expansion of new EDI document types with existing partners
* Facilitate onboarding meetings, timelines, and milestone tracking
* Maintain onboarding pipeline, backlog, and prioritization visibility while partnering with Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and external trading partners to align onboarding activities

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
* Collect onboarding requirements, EDI specifications, contact information, and technical documentation
* Review business and technical requirements with trading partners
* Maintain and ensure onboarding procedures, policies, playbooks, and training materials remain current and standardized

EDI Testing & Implementation:
* Lead field-to-field mapping activities and testing efforts for EDI transaction sets including 850 Purchase Orders, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgements, 856 Advanced Ship Notices, and 810 Invoices
* Coordinate mapping updates and testing activities with Company's third-party EDI service provider
* Work with trading partners and internal stakeholders to validate testing results
* Support successful production deployment and stabilization activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-5 years of EDI, customer onboarding, supply chain, sales operations, customer service, or business systems experience
* Experience working with ERP systems, trading partners, and cross-functional teams
* Understanding of EDI transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810 preferred)
* Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage internal teams and external trading partners

* Number of successful EDI go-lives
* Onboarding backlog reduction
* EDI adoption and utilization rates
* EDI defect and testing issue reduction
* Trading partner satisfaction and onboarding experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
