관리자의 지시에 따른 기타 업무를 수행

Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries requiring bilingual (Korean/Chinese) communication Communicate with customers through various channels including phone and email Identify customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Accurately and swiftly handle customer-related documents such as order forms, applications, and service requests Record and manage customer interaction details and service histories Provide feedback to improve the efficiency and quality of customer service processes Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications
