As a Material Handler, you'll support warehouse operations by safely managing and baling cardboard scrap, helping keep our production areas organized and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and take safety seriously.What We Offer:Competitive PayHourly Pay: $19.00Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHealth Savings AccountLife Insurance with Optional Supplemental PlanPet InsuranceShort-Term Paid Disability401(k) Retirement Plan with Vested Company Match ContributionPaid Time Off (PTO)10 Paid HolidaysHealth Advocacy ProgramsCareer GrowthWhat You'll Do:Operate baler equipment safely and efficientlyLoad and process scrap cardboard into the baler machineCreate and remove baled bundles of cardboardIdentify reusable boxes and stack, band, and prepare for shipmentSupport housekeeping and cleanliness across production areasFollow safety procedures and report any concerns to supervisorsPerform all duties in compliance with company SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Perform other duties as assigned based on business needsWhat We're Looking For:Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED (required)At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)Skills & Competencies:Physical stamina to walk quickly for full shift period on concrete floorsAbility to lift and move heavy materials regularly (up to 75 lbs)Ability to stay focused and follow instructions consistentlyBasic understanding of safety practices and machinery operationDependable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyPhysical Requirements:Stand/walk on concrete floors for extended periodsLift and carry up to 75 lbs from floor to waist levelPush/pull loaded bins or pallets weighing up to 100 lbsClimb step ladders and maintain balance while working at heightsMust have clear vision, peripheral awareness, and ability to distinguish colorsMust be able to hear alarms and spoken instructions over plant noiseMust have the stamina to walk quickly and work overtime or extended shifts as neededReady to Apply?
