Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams in the production of specialty confectionery products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team and play a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Schedule 1st Shift 4-day workweek : Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shift Occasional Fridays as needed based on production demand Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production employees to achieve daily production goals Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards Monitor production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement Ensure a safe working environment and promote adherence to company safety policies Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support operational objectives Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased productivity Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting Qualifications Required Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Food manufacturing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
