Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Executive role located in Flowood, MS. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing tailored communication technology solutions. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting sales presentations, managing client accounts, identifying customer needs, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service to support client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, present, and close sales opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in relationship building, client account management, and customer‑focused service. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for sales meetings, presentations, and client correspondence. Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom, networking solutions, and IT services is a strong advantage. Problem Solving: Analytical skills to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions. Experience: Prior experience in telecom, technology sales, or a related field is preferred. Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
