Configuration Manager 2

DCCA is a veteran‑owned IT business that has been delivering innovative solutions to government agencies and commercial enterprises since 1982. We are looking for a Configuration Manager II to support a high‑profile national security program that delivers complex cloud, high‑performance computing, and enterprise architecture solutions. Responsibilities Manage configuration for developmental and operational systems, creating and maintaining configuration baselines for development, test, and production environments. Use or recommend automated configuration management tools to implement policies and procedures. Develop or modify configuration plans, policies, and procedures tailored to system complexity and scope. Apply configuration management discipline throughout the system life cycle from requirements to end‑of‑life. Perform change control and conduct configuration audits. Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in configuration management for programs or contracts of similar scope and complexity. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited institution is required; four (4) additional years of configuration management experience may substitute for a degree. At least one (1) year of experience using a source‑code control system for a developmental program of similar scope. Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $110,000 to $135,000, with final compensation determined by experience, performance, and market conditions.
