Position: Account Executive

What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily relationship, acting as the main point of contact to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
• Coordinate the execution of campaigns and digital projects, from brief capture to final delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy and production teams to translate business needs into effective, executable solutions.
• Monitor performance of retail and e‑commerce projects, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Administer budgets, schedules and allocated resources, maintaining rigorous and transparent control.

Skills Required

• 2 to 3 years of account management experience, preferably in agencies or digital environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or related field.
• Specific knowledge: coordination of digital projects, retail ecosystems and e‑commerce platforms.
• Recommended certifications: project management, agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile), Google Analytics (GA4) or digital marketing platforms.
• Advanced English (essential).
