Carr Maloney seeks an organized, creative, and relationship-focused coordinator to execute marketing initiatives, strengthen client engagement, support attorney business development, and enhance brand visibility. Position Summary Key Responsibilities Partner with attorneys on business development plans, client outreach, proposals, RFPs, pitches, and presentations. Maintain the firm's website, attorney biographies, marketing collateral, social media, and digital communications. Draft and coordinate client alerts, newsletters, announcements, press releases, and other firm communications. Coordinate client events, seminars, sponsorships, CLE programs, networking activities, and promotional initiatives. Research prospective clients, industries, referral sources, and growth opportunities and track related activity. Coordinate legal directory, award, and ranking submissions while ensuring brand consistency. Support additional marketing, recruiting, and firm-wide initiatives as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Two to four years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Excellent writing, editing, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe, Canva, social media, and website experience preferred. Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
