Director, Influencer & Social Growth

This role leads strategy, team, and outcomes across creator, influencer, and organic social-ensuring these channels drive measurable business impact and strengthen brand authority. Key Responsibilities Creator, Influencer & Social Leadership- Set the vision and strategy for creator, influencer, and organic social across brands
- Lead teams responsible for day-to-day execution and performance across Creator/Influencer + Organic Social
- Build a scalable creator ecosystem (influencers, cultural creators, UGC) that drives reach and relevance
- Define the role of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) within the marketing ecosystem
- Connect creator and social programs to demand generation, revenue, and customer growth
- Support social commerce and merchandising integration
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Merchandising on key campaigns and product stories
- Establish KPIs across engagement, discoverability, and revenue contribution
- Partner with Marketing Investment & Forecasting to assess ROI and incrementality
- Translate performance into clear, executive-level reporting
- Ensure creator and social programs align to campaign narratives
- Partner across Brand, PR, Media, and Partnerships for cohesive execution
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including two senior managers
- Create scalable processes, playbooks, and standards
- Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and commercial impact
- 8-12+ years in influencer marketing, social, or creator ecosystems
- Proven ability to drive measurable business results
- Strong commercial mindset connecting creator activity to revenue and LTV
- Deep understanding of platforms, creator economics, and cultural trends
- Experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional work
- eCommerce or digital experience preferred
Salary range $130k - $145k
