Overview: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our talent network for open opportunities in Mid-Michigan, Eastern Tennessee, Phoenix and Chicago.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Perform minor procedures as needed and within the scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in nursing and healthcare.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of healthcare policies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state].
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Previous experience in [specific specialty, if applicable] is a plus.
