Finance Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Global Finance Paralegal to support a sophisticated global finance practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned law firm paralegal with extensive experience managing complex commercial lending, securitization, and corporate finance transactions from inception through post-closing. Responsibilities Support commercial lending, securitization, and corporate finance transactions Prepare and file U.C.C. financing statements, fixture filings, and related documents Conduct Article 9 U.C.C. research, lien searches, and due diligence Draft ancillary closing documents and review corporate organizational records Coordinate all phases of transaction closings, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities Review executed documents and prepare electronic and hard-copy closing books Assist attorneys with legal research, document management, and transaction support Requirements Bachelor's degree required; ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred 10+ years of finance, banking, or secured lending paralegal experience in a medium or large law firm Extensive experience with U.C.C. filings, Article 9 research, lien searches, and secured transactions Proven ability to manage multiple high-value transactions under tight deadlines Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Experience with DocuSign and cross-border finance transactions is a plus Willingness to work overtime as business needs require #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Acquisition LLC
