Recipe Philly is a first-of-its-kind restaurant: a full-service dining experience built on the principles of Heirloom Hospitality . Every dish on our menu comes from a real family recipe, surfaced through a citywide competition and accompanying TV series. The food here means something. So does the team that serves it.

A busser at Recipe Philly is the first face a guest sees and the last hands on a table before the next party sits down. You keep the room moving without anyone noticing you're doing it.

What you'll do

• Greet every guest with a smile, like they're walking into your own home
• Clear and reset tables fast, so the next party never feels the wait
• Back up servers with pre-bussing, drink refills, and whatever the table needs
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash in the common areas
• Keep napkins, silverware, and to-go supplies stocked, and refill stations as needed
• Report any maintenance issues to management before it becomes a bigger problem

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in a high-volume, upscale restaurant preferred
• A team player who doesn't wait to be asked twice
• Strong people skills. You're representing the room, not just clearing it.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Available for 5 shifts a week for lunch and/or dinner service 

Compensation

Bussers at Recipe Philly earn hourly pay (based on experience) plus tips, paid weekly.
