This position combines the responsibilities of a Busser and Food Runner and plays an important role in keeping service organized, efficient, and guest-focused.The ideal candidate works with a sense of urgency, communicates well with the team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist servers throughout service to ensure guests receive prompt and attentive serviceRun food from the kitchen to the correct tables quickly and accuratelyConfirm table numbers, seat positions, and food items before delivering ordersClearly announce and present dishes when delivering food to guestsBus and reset tables quickly between guestsClear used plates, glassware, utensils, and other items throughout the mealKeep tables clean and organized during serviceRefill water and assist with basic guest needs when neededMaintain clean and properly stocked server stationsRestock utensils, napkins, plates, glassware, and other service suppliesAssist with opening and closing side workMaintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and other front-of-house areasCommunicate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth serviceFollow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standardsAssist teammates whenever needed to maintain efficient restaurant operationsQualificationsPrevious restaurant experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnReliable, punctual, and responsibleAbility to stay organized and move with urgency during busy serviceMust be able to stand and walk for extended periodsMust be able to safely carry trays, plates, and other restaurant itemsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for team members who are dependable, hardworking, and willing to support the entire front-of-house team.
