The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide care to general medical and surgical patients. Manage a patient load that turns over faster than a typical medical-surgical unit. Ensure clear communication with patients and healthcare team members. Work independently while delivering high-quality patient care. Schedule This is a day shift position, working 12-hour shifts with a guaranteed 36 hours weekly. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg specialty. Current RN license verification through Nursys. Completion of a skills checklist.
