Pro Customer Service/Sales The Home Depot Base Pay Range $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr Job Description The Pro Customer Service/Sales Team at The Home Depot is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. Team members build and maintain professional relationships, proactively drive sales through product knowledge and tailored recommendations, and provide outstanding service tailored to project needs. Responsibilities include supporting every stage of the Pro customer journey—from order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions—meeting monthly sales goals and other performance metrics, working collaboratively to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Bilingual communication skills may be preferred at certain locations based on customer need.
