Implement industry-standard project management tools and methodologies to monitor project performance, proactively managing risks, and promoting continuous improvement. Produce and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management, articulating progress, challenges, and data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making. Systematically evaluate project performance post-completion, integrating lessons learned to drive the enhancement of future project execution processes. Direct Manager and Direct Reports The Commercial Project Manager at SRS Building Products reports directly to the Director of Commercial Operations. This position does not have direct reports. The incumbent will work within a matrix organizational structure, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery in accordance with corporate objectives. Advanced proficiency in utilizing project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Minimum Education A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $76,000.00 to $98,800.00 annually. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
