As a key contributor to Intel's Corporate Memory Organization, you will:

Software Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, test, and deploy sophisticated multi-language software solutionsutilizingPerl, TCL, Python, Bash, SWIG, C, and C++ technologies

• Architect andmaintaincomplex software products that integrate seamlessly across diverse programming environments

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Provide comprehensive technical support to a 150+ member internal engineering team

• Lead regression analysis, debugging, and resolution of critical software issues

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensureoptimalsoftware performance and reliability

Innovation & Process Enhancement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for software development lifecycle

• Pioneer integration ofcutting-edgeAI technologies, including GitHub Copilot and similar tools

• Establish andoptimizecontinuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

• Introducemodern software quality assurance methodologies and best practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills witha track recordof delivering high-quality silicon on schedule; able to adapt as tools, methodologies, and role definitions evolve

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor'sDegreeinElectricalor Computer Engineering,Computer Science,or in a STEM related field of studywith5+ years ofexperience

• 3+ years of work experience with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) views and tools

• 1+ years of experience with IP layout principles and netlist construction methodologies

• 2+ years of experiencein C++ programming with project experience

• Hands-on experience with Boost libraries implementation

• Experiencein Python and Shell scripting

Preferred Qualifications

• Post GraduateDegreeinElectricalor Computer Engineering,Computer Science,or in a STEM related field of study

• Cross-platform build system experience and implementation

• Experiencewithsoftware security principles, implementation, and validation techniques

• Experiencein object-oriented programming, algorithms, and datastructures

• Experience with SWIG (Simplified Wrapper and Interface Generator)

• Experience withsoftware build methods, tools, and automation

• Experienceindebuggingandoptimizingcomplex mixed-language software systems

• Hands-on experiencein C++ memory management, including memory-related issues and mitigation strategies

• Experiencewith GCC toolchain build procedures and optimization

• Network programming experience (sockets, TCP/IP protocols, etc.)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $141,910.00-269,100.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
