Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity, beginning August 31, 2026 and extending through June 17, 2027, offers the chance to make a lasting impact in an engaging educational setting. In this on-site position, you'll collaborate with educators and families to ensure students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

Your background in school psychology will enable you to carry out comprehensive evaluations, deliver counseling services, and provide strategic recommendations that foster a nurturing school environment. With a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you’ll be part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team, offering support across one or more campuses within the district. Specific caseloads and school assignments will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in School Psychology
• Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology
• Completion of House Bill 486 requirements: district-level background check, fingerprinting, and thorough employment history review
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments for students ages and details to be determined
• Develop intervention and support plans based on individual student needs
• Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student success
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
