CVHCare, a leader in Home Health Clinical services, headquartered in beautiful San Ramon CA, is currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home Health Care Agency located in Woodland Hills, CA. Occupational therapy focuses on specific daily activities and movements. Utilizing the common items at home or special adaptive equipment, the OT will train the patient or caregiver in activities such as self-grooming, dressing, toileting and bathing. There are also advanced activities such as cooking, housekeeping, laundry and shopping that the OT is particularly geared toward. In addition to the above, the occupational therapy team focuses on community re-integration, as well as introducing patients to leisure-type activities that provide a holistic approach to treating health and wellness.

Title: Occupational Therapist Schedule: Per Diem (6 visits p/week) or Part Time (24 RVEs p/week) comes with benefits! Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday Locations: La Canada, La Crescenta, Burbank, Montrose, Shadow Hills, Glendale, Sunland and Tujunga Paid Training: Must be able to train for 5 days Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year Occupational Therapy experience desired
• Open to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experience
• Valid California Occupational Therapist license
• Reliable Transportation
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Must be available to work two days per week. Availability to work weekends a plus.
