Client Experience Product Owner

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an undergraduate degree or an equivalent blend of education, training, and professional experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• We expect at least eight years of relevant business experience.
• We prefer three years of experience leading large, cross-functional teams on major enterprise initiatives.

• We require technical knowledge in data engineering, data quality, data lineage, data governance, metadata documentation, technical process mapping, data dependency identification and mapping, and data architecture.
• We require analytics expertise with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, AWS S3 Tables, GitHub, formal experimentation, and ROI analysis.

• We lead the strategic direction and delivery roadmap for technical products with cross-divisional and enterprise-wide impact.
• We manage the technical strategy and implementation for client experience data products, including client feedback survey data and non-survey data.
• We own the data dependency monitoring and alerting ecosystem in partnership with technical, analytics, and product owner stakeholders across the division.
• We oversee analytics data, including SQL code supporting senior leadership OKRs.
• We ensure data quality and data governance standards are met, maintained, and clearly communicated across analytics stakeholders.
• We develop and implement new technical products that span multiple business areas.
• We collaborate across cross-functional technical teams to strengthen the data quality and governance ecosystem.
• We connect capabilities across data capture, analytics, reporting, engineering, operations, SQL management, and related functions.
• We build and lead our data dependency program, including documentation, monitoring tools, alerting features, technical process maps, and communication plans.
• We partner with internal analytics teams to understand business strategy, objectives, and KPIs.
• We lead monthly data QA to confirm key metrics align across multiple data ecosystems.
• We drive annual SQL optimization efforts.
• We conduct regular ROI and impact analyses.
• We manage senior leadership OKR metrics and the associated SQL logic to support strong data governance practices.
