Key Responsibilities Assist in compiling information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, used by others to determine stock supply and need for replenishment. Operate material handling equipment including hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, delivery vehicle. Receive incoming materials, supplies and equipment. Unload trucks, inspect material for damage or defects, uncrate and assemble materials when needed. Demonstrate proficiency and ability to train on ERP system to process all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in computer system. Demonstrate proficiency and ability to train on and operate an industrial wet saw and wood saw, and follow the procedures for such operations. Demonstrate proficiency and ability to create/package both small packages and large crates. Assist in other duties as required. Qualifications/Skills and Abilities Effectively demonstrate time management and organizational skills needed to complete competing tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines. Ability to “quickly think on your feet”. Comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and PPE policies and procedures. The job requires extensive walking and standing on hard surfaces. High school diploma /GED and basic math skills required. Must have computer skills for e‑mailing and communication, ability to use Microsoft Excel. Ability to examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Ability to help define, implement and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of processes. Read, write and speak English and lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
